A Completely Different Approach to Stress
|
Stress affects almost every part of our lives, but most of us have never actually been taught how to work with it.
Stress Rescue was created to change that. This is a comprehensive 5-module course that looks at stress from many different angles. Throughout the program, we explore where stress comes from, how it affects us, why we can get caught in the same stress loops over and over again, and most importantly, what we can actually do about it. Each module addresses a different area of stress, and throughout the course you will learn more than 10 different methods for managing it. We work with mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual tools because stress is not one-dimensional, and there is no single technique that works for every person or every situation. |

STRESS CAN ALSO BE USEFUL
Stress is not always something we need to get rid of.
There are times when stress gives us energy, helps us focus, pushes us to take action, or allows us to rise to a challenge. Part of Stress Rescue is learning the difference between stress that is helping us and stress that is beginning to run us.
When you understand that difference, you can begin to work with stress in a completely different way.
The goal is not to live a life where nothing ever stresses you out. The goal is to know yourself well enough, and have enough tools, that stress no longer has to take over.

Stress Rescue for the Workplace
Stress Rescue can be taught to companies, small businesses, teams, schools, and organizations that want to give their people real tools for navigating stress.
Stress can affect the way we focus, communicate, make decisions, solve problems, interact with one another, and ultimately how we perform at work. When people have better tools for managing stress, it can support not only individual wellbeing, but the health and productivity of the entire team.
The need is significant. The American Psychological Association found that 43% of U.S. workers reported typically feeling tense or stressed during their workday. The World Health Organization estimates that depression and anxiety lead to 12 billion lost working days globally each year, costing approximately $1 trillion in lost productivity.
Stress Rescue gives employees practical tools they can use when pressure is actually happening, whether that's before an important meeting, during a difficult conversation, in the middle of an overwhelming day, or when their mind simply won't switch off.
