The Life Activation is a private 2 hour session that can be scheduled at your convenience. The Empower Thyself program is a 2 day group class, and scheduling is dependent on the dates selected by your Guide, Ruthie. Typically, the class is offered every month, and you may enroll in whichever class that meets your timeframe requirements. Contact Ruthie to discuss.
